Day of the Dead, or Dia De Los Muertos, is being celebrated in Los Angeles, CA on October 22nd at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. We attended last year and it was one of the highlights of the season. Teach children about Mexican culture and traditions, see ceremonial dance, visit the decorated graves of the deceased and get inspired by some amazing make up and wardrobe.
We’ve carried through the tradition in our home this year, by bringing out pictures of deceased family members to teach Sozé about his personal history.
